I wouldnt do that, when the fluid warms up it will expand some. It needs somewhere to go, or by by seals

Definitely buy seal! ? when I did my last baja diff I put 300k fill it in the one half quite a bit then just closed it all up ?? 300k more like jelly than oil???

500k is crazy thick ? using 60k as recommended by obr in this 1 ?

Yeah I got 500k in my center diff in the dbxl I gave it some space to expand better safe then sorry

Came a day early. These are the Zoni axles. They are zinc coated hardened steel. They were $24 so I am a bit skeptical, but we will give them a test and see how they do ?

With the springs off ,I usually pump them up ,an keep the rod at the top end ,an then crack the cap open a little to
relieve any air ,an then close the cap off ,I do this twice ,an leave it at that!

Then after that ,I pump it ,an if the rod pushes down on its own ,then they should be good to go!...

Be careful on your adjustment ,the bones can pop out if it is not adjusted right when the shocks are fully
out ,make sure that there is not too much play in them!

I leaned the hard way!....

She's got a phat ass ?? fixed the camber ? btw, they are almost perfectly straight , the camera makes it look like I have hella camber but i really don't
