Another fresh look this morning with a fresh set of sober eyes...all i need is a head and piston lol...everything else seems fine. So all i learned is the answer isn't always "just throw and OBR in it and you'll be fine!"

Unfortunately for me the cylinder head is out of stock at ddm...however the ESP ported head is...hmm
I'd say go for it,they do give a nice boost in power.?

No war, I just need some parts. I've got a stroked crank and a good crankcase...need either another head and piston or go other route with a full longblock. Dollar for dollar is question

Yes all the same cases but con rod length + piston size in the heads are different. 23-31.5
I have the same choice to make but I have other engines to choose from,some brand new.
The head Kit is the fastest and easiest if you were happy with your rig.
If you want more lower end grunt+ power then the 320.
I don't have a DBXL but you might have to strengthen some things. I'm sure other owners can add more to that as to what needs what.

That's what I had thought. I'm not at a total loss. Just need to decide which head kit to get. I just don't know all the numbers behind it. Don't want to blindly buy parts.

You asked for best bang for buck and the g320 longblock is only $30 more than the head kit, and you didn't build it?
