Should be fine, but if you're after big gains, look for a low end tuned pipe. I ran a can for over a gear being stubborn. Once I got one pipe, they all got em. If you like loud, get the losi tuned pipe. Makes the others seam quiet by comparison. Its awsome.

Both of mine are cheaper. The losi was 120, and the ddm one a bit more. Id never buy one of the 200+ ones. Not worth it imo, but I only run 29cc engines. Only so much to gain from them. I like the high revs though, cuz I have 11 acres of pasture to bash in, so I really get it moving.
Yah I found rovan ones for under 75$ and some other generic ones too for this cc range, just haven't decided what I want yet. I really wanna modify my stock can to make it louder lol
So all they did is flip it over, cap it and put a new exhaust opening? I just don't see how that would change anything.

Do this to saws all the time, look up muffler mod. Basically gut all the crap out, and in tour case a 3/4" outlet should work fine. It will be a lot louder, and should help performance a bit. (Not tuned pipe amount, but you should notice something)

It's pretty sealed unless I cut it in half and weld it back together. Imma bring it to work next week and do exactly that lol. Imma take out all the internals and have the boss weld it back together cause I can't weld worth a poop ??
