My outlaw is basically done, tweaking a few things. I am not putting it together, I don't have the time like I wish I did. Detroit performance is doing it for me.

Oh I will lol. It will still need some assembly and tweaking, but will be mostly done.

This cage is a beast though. It is much larger than it looks in pics and heavier. Way better looking to lol

In what universe would a 50cc engine be underpowered in a 1/5 scale? Especially a 2wd one. Its about the peak of reasonable power. Much more is only because its cool, not for better functionality. I hope it won't really be a shelf queen. It pains me to see awsome rc's unused. Art is for display, not rc cars.??

I sure hope not, I want to see it run. It seems a very common trait among niche hobbyists though. I used to belong to a knife forum. The vast majority could talk knives all day and had massive collections of unused knives. The hardest, most expensive super steel you can get, but won't even cut paper with them. I don't get it personally. I'd need to know if the product I purchased was actually awsome. For all we know it could be a total flop of a design.?‍

Yeah but for each their own. John loves the hobby for wrenching on exotics and I love what he does with em. I would definitely run it if it was mine but??‍ I just keep looking forward to his next build?
