Here’s the progress I made before work. All this stuff is cleaned fully and just needs some silicone spray coating before reassembly.



I’m coming across some things that are showing a good amount of wear but are still functional. Should I replace or say fiddlestick it?

Compile a list of visibly worn parts, once rebuilt and running slowly order said list of parts. Next rebuild replace them. Also take note of what had to be replaced on this rebuild, bearings for example. That way your next rebuild you know what to have in stock ready to replace.

More progress done with all the plastics. Been battling myself with the aluminum. I have to keep reminding myself that the goal is to just get it clean and looking okay.

Some parts came in from ddm. The only thing left to buy is a carby and a few gaskets? Hoping to have this thing back together by the end of next week. I really need a bartolone exhaust rebuild kit though but they are sold out everywhere. I don’t know what to do?‍
