So the bart pipe is out of stock and I don't know when it will be back in. Is the Victory rc a good pipe? What part of the powerband is it best in. Thanks

It doesn't say on their website ? they should have a chart showing the powerband

Is it just me or do the welds on the Victory look sloppy ? ( I work with some really good welders so ) might just be the discoloring ?

Looks like they use an acid wash like a flux or something on the welds thats why you see that silver band around the "color" areas
