Diff choices ?

So I have to make some choices ??
I have a real set hpi diff gears?? a set of blackbone trans gears??. So here's the thing? at the moment I have a tr diff case (which is an hpi case that has been modded) and what i want is the irc diff .......stock is an issue ?‍?‍. Don't want a dead ? locker??. Do i wait for irc to come back in stock or slap the tr case in my sx5 build, knowing ill be upping the the power with a bigger motor. Been waiting to put the last order through which will have UHD irc cups and bones W-bar ......and when the diff is available ??‍

Not entirely sure where they fail......its the hpi diff gears im more worried about ? coz can't find them anywhere

The IRC diff has just come back into stock. I got one the other day, it’s the gears I’m waiting on but apparently they will be available with other geniuine HPI stuff in March.
