Cheapest I can find a rear axle, although I'm suspect about it. Does anyone know where or who makes the kraken parts? I've been seeing them going between $500.00 and $600.00 but know they were listed on krakens site for around $400.00 before the went out of stock.
Actually found several sites that offer it at around the $200.00 - $300.00 mark. Accept paypal another wouldnt be a big chance of getting screwed and not getting my money back. I just don't know if it's a real deal or something else

Was gonna say don't do it Sean that's not legit buddy...seen this site a few times.. you'll get shipped covid masks ? trust me I know...found a boat hull that was too good to be true as well. Throw an offer @the guy on ebay with 2 axles..make an offer just don't want him to accept my offer when I need the tt axle.?

The guy on ebay isnt far off the mark from other online stores that have good reputations. The rear axle is my make or break of the project. $550.00 your better off buying the kit for $1200.00 which would take a wile to save up, but then it's all there. I'll see if the guy will come down any but not holding my breath.

The rear arms are another tough find. I watched someone aution off their whole new lse kit last week on ebay with all the anodized black arms. I bid on everything. He had to tipple his ?! rear axle shot up to over 500 on the first day. I agree ebay dude is on the mark. He came back at me @ 499.. I could shoot 450@him. But I also agree you might as well save the extra few bucks and grab a kit.It will be a bit of p.i.t.a to source everything. Or if you have the patience and can wait till they release them main hard parts. I'm gonna contact Steve at DDM for you to see when/if they will release them parts because I'm curious as well

Besides the rear axle what else is holding you up?
Lol everything beside what I've bought already ?. I think the only other tough part will be a cage and body. Seems like most everything else can be had second hand, save may be the diffs and axles but they cant cost a lot.

I have two of the plastic ones here if you need one?

Sean I sent you a message on Facebook, I know a guy with a relatively complete vekta that's used for a decent price

Thanks John. I messaged him.
Ya, I actually like the fact it said vekta on the side rail it added to the look. Then seeing the lower Black arm was kind of a disappointment
Yeah it was a bit of a bummer to see, but I'll bet was abit cheaper to produce not having the lettering on it.
