car sat in the sun and I had to pull off the fuel lines from the carb (lose reed and carb) so I could tighten things up. Fuel cam pissing out 
but that's all that happened

Ok stupid question... is your filter clean, also is your outerwear clear? My friends 5t was running likeyesterday no matter what tune I put in it. Took off the outerwear which was clogged and it ran amazing. Like I said... stupid question, just wanna rule that out for sure
filter and outerwear is like new condition. Haven't even ran this car much.

So the diaphragm seems to be good. On the other hand the walls are pretty scratched up from machining. Damn I expected better quality.
First video basically shows the inside of the motor. Is it normal for the connecting rod to move like that?
Second video shows the piston also moving. Normal?

If you cant feel the scratches with your finger nail then thats normal for a engine that has been ran

They probably just bead hone these heads

He ran like it like 4x though should barely show wear cross hatch should be mint

Nope. You need a special diamon hone and fixture for these cylinders. The beads will snag the ports and come off. Plus your likely gunna rub through the nikasil, your better leaving it alone

My 71cc project showed similar with less then 20 mins thru it, and I can guarantee it didnt suck anything or have anything in the case.

Ok here’s what I am wondering, even the rpms shown in the vid, should the clutch not be engaging, kinda makes me still think it’s transmission, unless the clutch arm is slipping on the crank or something like that
