1st baja

Anybody got any tips or tricks for jamming this hitec 845wp into the baja stock radio box...she fits but can't tighten the 4 screws on the servo all the way or it warps the box and it won't fit into bottom holes in chassis. Or what are my options for differant steer set up. It's a tight fit lol. TR bellcrank.

This should help Ron another member is usin this setup. @evssv ..he's just using a different servo but 1/5 size.

Yes indeed man they are not going to work with stock arms...my plan was for rpm arms but I guess thats a wash Ill have to go extended I guess.

It can work with rpm rear I'm not sure about front

Yup I have my IRC Shocks mounted on stock arms right now. I have a set of RPM arms that I'm going to install over the winter. I had to get Creative with a dremel on the front top A arms so that the springs would clear the arms. Pretty sure I have pictures in my build thread.

Mail drop day mostly baja stuff. New set of outerwears for the dbxl in there too.
Rig came with a rovan type killswitch that does indeed work but I feel better with the Dynamite ks. One more package from Detroit Performance with the RCMAX...whooopsss.. TAYLORRC parts and it should be buttoned up. Hopefully have it out for a test thrashing real soon. Video and pics to follow.

Taylor RC front shock tower and uprights can't get them to line up. Chassis bent??

I'm starting to think it has to be. Why the stock tower supports fit no problem I have no idea lol. That front bulkhead brace isn't fitting back on with these taylor rc parts no matter how the chassis is bent though. Unless I'm missing something else. It also looks like I'll need to modify the IRC inserts for the shock caps to work on this part.

You've got to dremel the top plate a bit. Myself and another member here have done this.

Also modding the irc bushings is a common thing. I have done this for a tr brace

What make the holes bigger??? Then the bolt won't line up with the steering bellcrank braces
