too sharp for what?
Anyone notice that those gray carbon metal gaskets sort of dissolve over time. Sort of like they are being chipped away on the inside. Which is why I don't use them.

Too sharp to get a hex in a longer bolt or washer on one side.
You mean the graphite gaskets? They are prone to blowing out if you allow the screws to loosen up. Keep them tight and they last awhile but should be replaced once they start getting chunked up
