Just picked this up today. Not sure what I'll do with it yet. Walks and talks needs a steer servo badly and finish break in on rovan 30.5. Fairly clean 1st gen baja.

That’s the SS pigtail pipe, ( it can also be a knock off) and yes body clips are everywhere 😂, hydro brake is just extra weight 🤣.

Looks like a KM Ghost pipe.
I have one on one of mine.
The alloy version is rubbish but the steel ones work well.

Yeesh so I'm tearing into this thing and ordering some parts...Ordered an 845 and the tr bellcrank for steer now I need a throttle brake servo...whats everyone running?

So I ordered a ddm dom pipe the TR steering rack a lipo rx pack a hitec 845wp for steer and a hitec 645.mg for throttle brake. Also on order is front and rear arms from rpm and a t bone racing bumper. Still haven't decided on body and cage yet...stay stock or team chase or kraken tsk...be a mth or 2 before all parts are in and installed but I'm determined to give this 2 wheel drive an honest thrashing.

Can anyone help me identify a few things on this baja I'm working on please? The wheel hex's any ideas what brand or make? Are they extended over the stock purple?
Shock towers?? No markings? I can only assume they are cheaper ebay models?
On the paper plate in top right corner are 2 black pieces I can't identify. Also the baggie next to those is what I assume is a diff kit of some sort...Can anyone confirm or help me out?? Always appreciated

Towers look to be km or off brand. Baggy has diff seals it looks like, the wheel hexes on the baja are extended likely off brand to. The plastic piece on the plate is a bearing press for the hubs.

Radio box all cleaned up waiting on the steer servo.

Fitting the top cage back on I've noticed the one side sits right on top of pipe I actually have to force it into hole to get clip on....this is the ddm dom v2. Might have to heat up the cage and make a slight bend to clear this pipe. Anybody else experience this??

Ok so getting this rig all buttoned up what does everyone do with the killswitch wire? Under, over or beside the fuel tank?
