Hi all my name is Cort i'm a new member and am having trouble my losi 5ive t with the 29cc engine i just replaced the pack that came with the truck due to swelling with a killer rc pack but now when i switch the truck to the on position nothing happens no steering no servo no nothing any ideas what could be causing this??

Did you charge the new lipo ?

are you hearing any type of buzzing or humming coming from any of the servos when you hit the ON switch ??

double check all your electrical connections, you could have missed something simple if everything was working fine before. There shouldn’t be any problems really, unless your old lipo shorted something out??

Thanks my braaaap brother i tried to bind but when i everything plugged in theres a flashing red light when i switch it on?
Yes the new lipo is fully charged i just tried to rebind it but there was a flashing red light no hum from any of the servos

Do you have the instructions? Is it a Spektrum tr/rec? I can't help with that. ??‍

I upgraded the transmitter to a DX5 pro and the receiver is spektrum sr2100 micro 3

When i go to bind it says bind failed?

I have a bind plug now are all bind plugs the same or are they receiver specific

You bought both new? Should have one with the rx?? but I bet all spektrum are the same

Ok well i put the bind plug into the SR2100 it doesn't flash then i enter bind mode on the DX5 pro and it trys to bind but says bind failed

I would think your issues is more along the lines of your On/Off switch going bad or something not connected properly.

but now I see you were messing with rebinding your Tx/Rx so you got no other choice then to do it ?

In a strange twist of fate i got it binded the steering worked for a split second no throttle now its back to not working at all

idk if its the on off switch or what it worked for one split second now when i try and rebind it the transmitter recognizes the RX then resets itsekf when i bind it

Would the on off switch control the servos that much like i said i had brief control of the steering but then it went back to flashing light on the RX

Ah I didn’t catch that, in the first post he only mentioned changing out the lipo for a new one.

-My advice return your DX5 and buy a good ol trusty Futuba.???
A 3ch will work fine, But a 4ch would be better. That way you can run lights in the near future ???

and just in case no one has told you yet
PLEASE install a engine kill switch. It will be your best upgrade!
