A bit of a rattle.

Hi guy.Started up the baja today.I noticed there’s a bit of a rattle noise when I rev the buggy up.Im pretty sure it’s the brake disk’s makeing the noise.Cant see anything else it could be.Anyway just wanted to get an opinion on it before I run it full throttle.

If it's the brake disc can't you just put your finger on it while you rev it to see if it stops rattling?

Could just pop it apart and toss some pen springs in there. Keeps the pads apart and from rattling

Maybe the pull starter prawls rattling. I know when I had the POS TR pull starter on my baja it would rattle depending on the rpm at idle.

Can’t get the video to upload.I’ll figure it out.The noise only comes in when the wheels are moving so can’t put my finger on the brake discs?.The noise goes out after i put a bit more throttle on.Maybe more RPM causes the discs to stop rattling.?

I'm kinda doubting it's the brakes. Clutch or starter paws like coop said

You could keep running it ,but if it gets louder ,then I would tear into it ,jut keep monitoring it!

It is probably bearing slop in the bell!

If its the clutch bell he's got bigger issues. That would mean it or the clutch is loose. Not good either way . He's not running a dry clutch like a Ducati Motorcycle. God I love that sound. Nothing like hearing the Cluch discs jingling when you pull the cluthc in.

In no expert but that sounds like it’s coming from the gear mesh.
