its really nowhere as good if your referring to this. I just put a quick squirt on the inside after using regular oil on the outside for a tad bit of extra protection. Not good for dusty conditions.

well your saying you only used a minor amount so how can you easily dismiss a product when you didn't follow the instructions on how to apply it?
I used to use it... now I just put a minor amount on the inside for a little step extra
If it doesn't work then why are you still using it?
Like I said I use regular traxxas oil (very tacky) and just use a little on the inside for extra protection just bc its a spray and I can get it on the inside
Ah see theres your problem you can't use traxxas oil because it's for nitro cars 
no, the traxxas oil works awesome its tacky af and doesn't let anything other than air in. Besides it doesn't matter, nitro cars also use foam filters

Maybe that's your over heating issue since its so tacky the engine can't breathe right.. id over heat too if I couldn't breathe right

Because the nitro air filters have larger pores in the foam so the thick oil doesn't close them off completely like on gas that has smaller pores and the oil blocks them

I used normal engine oil on the original hpi baja filter. and nothing happened to the engine. and he captured the dirt quite well
