At the end it was acting weird, losing power and such. It was getting low on fuel, so I'm hoping that was the issue, also has pretty good clutch slip. Going to order a 62mm clutch as I already have the bell and all here.

Fucccccckkkkkkk. Went to run the 40gt also and couldn't get it to rev, but it would idle perfect and start no issues. Well starting with the carb as it the obvious choice. Well it didnt take long to figure out.

Inspected the engine and it luckily didnt look like it went much farther passed the carb. Installed a new RT990 and will test this weekend

Bad poop is what it is. Biggest issue is it is a bigbore filter (ID is larger than a standard filter) but using a small style velocity stack. I figured the clamp would take the gap out but apparently not.

why not put tgn dt1 filter?
