I've used vht which is a duplicolor product and its poop, too runny and doesn't stick. Also, painting anything other then your exhuast seems like a bad idea, especially if it moves, I can see it getting chipped and fecked up in about a run regardless of paint used. Just get it anodized or just leave it alone.

Send them to @Rep732 ..if you want color that bad and to last.. imo painted stuff looks like 💩 after a few rips for sure like Z said. If you want paint on aluminum I suggest getting it powdercoated..much more durable and will last much longer. But if you insist on diy..any aluminum needs to be etched first and use the proper paints

Lye eats the color and etches the aluminum again but will pit and dissolve the aluminum if left in too long...oven cleaner isn't safe on aluminum either as 1 of its main ingredients is sodium hydroxide or better know as lye so same thing

And junkie again lye is used as a drain cleaner for a reason. It breaks down organic material such as hair in the drain and your skin is no different..

Send your stuff to a real anodizer
