I went the pullstart delete on my 2 cars which works great.Well it was great until I put the bart pipe on it,now i'm screwed unless someone can mill this for me.Oh and I will pay you for your time.I would do it my self at work but I don't wanna get caught. What I need it the larger hexagon turned into a smaller hexagon. Can any of you do this?

Instead of milling it, what you could do is put a 1/2 socket (or whatever size the starter shaft is) in the drill, and put the starter shaft thing into the socket so it will look like drill>socket>starter shaft.

OK so if I have my facts correct, your a machinist who works in a machine shop and your trying to find someone on the forum to mill a hex down because you "don't wanna to get caught" ? Maybe just ask your supervisor nicely ? You can't snag and open mill on your lunch break or maybe come in early or stay late off the clock for a self project ? I bust out lot's of personal "government jobs" during my lunch as long as we have an open machine and i'm not interfering with any production parts.

ohhh the "government work" my shop used to do lol...nobody knew nothing and nobody saw a thing...til the AR Uppers started cranking out lmao....got real interesting

I hear that, the shop I did diesel work for forbid me from making lowers after they realized what I was staying late to do on the mill.... takes forever on a manual machine with just a DRO, and no power feed.

Believe me if they were cool with it I would scan every part and reproduce it in the material I want.Tech is incredible nothing like when it was manual.....now I couldn't imagine unless a 1 or 2 off order is needed.
