Dear Members,
I posted lots of information on running Maxis Trepadors Tires on my Kraken Vekta 5.
I already burn out my second servo, reason unknown.
I installed a front sway bar that is not stock for more stability.
Bashing on grass is a driving challenge, the Buggy will not drift going into turns at high speeds expect lots of roll overs.
I'm learning as I go. If I had it to do over again I would keep it stock and save $440.00.
Just My Experience.
Best Regards,
William E. Burrows Jr.

What did you spend 440 on
I had to rebuild the transmission with DDM Mega Torque Gear Set KV103 and all new bearings, install a 2nd Steering Servo Bracket Kit KV2240 and a Kraken TS-555HV Servo KV3323 and KV602RCR Brake Upgrade Kit or it won't stop because of the weight. Total cost including tires and inserts $440.00.

Wow I love upgrading but I hate the fact that you have to spend so much on the weak points of the vehicle what do you think about the Fid dragon hammer on this vehicle it comes with a lot of upgrade parts that you would normally would have to purchase anyway .. have you checked out the jx 2060 servo has 800 Oz of torque I have one on my dbxl e word and one on my 5ive t seems ok I burnt out 2 spektrum 9020 .
What does everyone think about the Fid dragon does anyone own one.

I don't know exactly what happened to the servos but it would pull to one side and jitter I had a bad experience with them but they were great when they worked definitely powerfull servos maybe my bad luck someone else might have better luck . I would like to hear from anyone who has had them for any significant time? I would take another chance they were that good.....

Check out this DDM you tube video on how to set the servo end points.
Hope this helps.

Hey William after you installed the second kraken servo to your steering did it make a big difference then having one. Reason why im asking is my vekta sucks on turns. Its like i gotta stop completely and turn to get it to go. When driving and trying to turn it sucks. A little input would be greatly appreciated thanx
