Yeah but its not THAT hard to take off. Technically you should be fine with a gasket anyway and a small bit of red locktite on the threads. Bond is better for the coupling and keep it sparse.

I used copper gaskets from ddm with a light coat of high temp copper rtv.. never had an issue and you can reuse them also the header bolts have never backed off

+1?? and if over time it starts seeping heat up the gasket red hot ?? them it will seel like new again ??

I've been told to use oxygen acetylene and make a dirty flame and coat the copper with soot then make a neutral flame and chase the carbon off ?‍

Your just annealing the copper so its soft again, both ways work the same in the end, the carb chase method gives you something measurable to go off of.

If you can't seal it with bubble gum it's not sealable . You guys are over thinking this big time.

1.4mm sheet steal it is then with bubble gum and zip ties . Just made it up with sealy seal paste ? try tomorrow and see what happens
