You can get a 32 reed long block for like 400 and change. Great option imo

Probably a Rofun with bolt on DGI reed block. Unlikely to make any real power, but a reed engine.

Hex bits, piston stoppper, sockets and Phillips head most likely

You can rent a 3/8" torque wrench from your local autozone if you want to be a bit more accurate with assembly torque values.
