Thanks for the pics Laws, I'm sorry I got you mixed up with someone else but you pics are very helpful, because I don't know what protectors you have on there but mine cover way more area, but the pipe side does have to be modded , same here on the DX4S, I got it a month or so ago and love it, I bought 6 rx's with it and the thing is so cool for 4 wheel steering, and on my plow truck I made the plow swing left to right with a Savox 236 servo and you can set it to 3 position and hit a button and it's goes right to either left or right or dead center. so cool all the adjustment to the Aux channels. Love that thing, got 7 rigs on it so far. I bought the wrong battery from Killer RC but it's so nice I just taped it in. I'll get around to getting the right one but I still haven't had to charge the battery in the TX in over a month of use now. and still at 7.8 and thats on both 5ives, the dbxl, and some small trucks. Friggin awesome TX and Killer's battery is awesome too even though it's for the Futaba, lol DBXL Protectors are good to go for the Extended Guys, I think most people will end up Extended, what do you guys think, the DGI 1" is so friggin stable I could never go back to stock, is anyone running the stock wheels still and why are you? I think if you put a bigger motor in the truck you don't have much choice but to extend it. Maybe stock mills are ok at stock width. Fill me in, I want to know if you have added power and changed wheel base, it's like looking into the future for me to know what to make. maybe I can do a poll.

Hell man we can wreck a wing on a 10th scale, that can be beefed up to take a beating, bullet proof? Not sure about that but it will take some abuse, nice work.

No stock body just painted white cause I'm going to use paint markers for my own design.

lo guys new owner from the uk.....had a fg marder years ago and suddenly decided i wanted to have a boys toy to mess with again.... few bits on order this pic was after its first outing to run in etc.. will be making a few changes as funds allow.....
one question or maybe 2 lol.... what are peoples views on samba pipes as they seem fairly priced compared to other ones and also are the beadlock trims universal on this size of buggy as in can i just buy diff colors from anywhere or do they need to be specific to the dbxl.... anyways a quick pic..... cheers

Here's my dbxl. Yellow vinyl wrap and Silverback V3 beadlock ring on spare. Wheels are Desperados with MXTs.
