Originally planned on going with the redx thrasher body (the 5ive versions are pretty much bullet proof) because I personally didn't like the graphics on the stock body but now that my local shop has a few clear body's coming in I'm Debating it, my question to you gentlemen is how durable are the stock bodies? I don't know first hand but am about to start a "5ive bxl" build using all 5ive parts on a custom chassis and dbxl cage/body/chassis side trays/rear bumper. Any advice is appreciated and don't worry my next post will have some unique pictures for the thread topic :-D

Horizon had them on their site for an incredibly short period in stock but probably sold out quick from all of the pre orders. I got mine from Phil's Hobbies online. Just search part number los350000 and they'll pop up here and there. As far as durability, not much of the body touches the ground. I don't tumble mine very often but the stock body is in perfect shape still.

Not sure yet with the stock body but... IMG951367_zps26dcfe6f.webp

That's the only other 5iveBXL in existence that I know of holding out for a clear stock body so mines truly one of a kind.

Installed Zenoah G320, bartolone silenced pipe, Fid chrome top plate, front and rear chrome chassis brace. Also Fid chrome servo arms and outerwear flywheel and pull start covers. Oh yeah and Bartolone clutch carrier. ty8abyzy.webpu7usa3e2.webpevebyqyq.webp
