I have Traxxas that has those options. This is what got me started in crawling.
It is pretty cool to have those options at your fingertips. Great to be able to blast down the dirt trail and then shift to low and crawl.
Almost like two vehicles in one.

You should really enjoy it.

EmeryworX RR10 Bomber Chassis #001 of 001

I had commissioned this chassis to be built in March 2016 by a company called EmeryworX Fabrication. He went by tuner on RCCrawler and if still in business probably on Fakebook. I started the build with a no expense spared attitude, but life changes made me get out of the hobby shortly thereafter and it was 85-90% completed.

Well, my nephew found custom chassis builder down south and he built me this stainless SCX6 crawler chassis. He does powdered coated steel as well. Its his 4 wheel steering version, meaning the there is clearance for the servos to not hit the chassis under flex / suspension compression. All my scx6 components are a direct bolt on. The drive train in the pics are his mock up parts. Thus guy is a trailer fabricator by day at a custom trailer manufacturing business and builds custom RC and Full size crawler / bouncer chassis on the side. He also competes in RC crawling events and full size rock bouncer races. I ships tomorrow. Im excited to get this underway. Thanks bud. I'm just the assembler lol. Travis Vance built the chassis for me. I'm waiting on the servo on axle mount and oem ball and rod ends to complete it. Eventually I'll add rear steering as well. Probably high clearance lower rear links. Different foams eventually as well.

Originally I was going to leave it as is, because rock buggy rigs look like that in real life, but have decided to make body panels for the "hood", roof, "doors" and probably a clear wind shield. I might epoxy them directly to the cage if they won't be in the way of battery replacement and turning it on and off. They should be based on how I'm laying things out. 8 bolts and the cage is off. 4 upper shock bolts and 4 lower chassis mount bolts. Not something you want to do for a battery swap but easy for any major repairs if needed.
