Really thats awsome news thought first of getting the factory team spec XR5. After checking the table of differences. Kindda thought I should just bite the bullet and go all out

The ultimate is a big upgrade over the ftr especially when your racing. Also since you have some pretty flat land near you throwing on the rally cross tires and slapping in a big bore is an option. You won’t have much fun with a 40 or 46 on the street I don’t think.

Yeah bashing will be open fields where iv been bashing last yeah. Any street will be at the track yeah the ultimate has most options but still not all

I think the only thing they are missing is the hydrax brakes and the upgraded shocks

Yeah the shock upgrade was + 750AUD ill have to see about that if the the kit shocks are trash......hope not

You won’t need either. They are more of a facebook flex option. If you buy the hydrax brakes you lose the front lsd and have to use a one way diff, and it’ll take years of racing before you can notice the difference between the regular shocks and the ibis shocks

Ok so I have places my order and it's coming with X snap x2 speed and rally Xross wheels it has to come direct from the factory so ......apparently 6-8 weeks before its here so now the wait

So what did you order? Picture or website would be nice. I couldn't even google this because you didn't say what the hell it was , Doug your loosing it here.

My vote is race car with the 26. Every one does bigbore and those wheels look stupid as feck on the mcd xr5

They do for racing on a track. Big bore is utterly useless for anything that isnt a straight line.

If hes racing it has to be legal to compete, which most off road engines arent . So he really has to choose one or the other. Or just get a engine fir on and off road and swap between them.
