D845 bottoms out on chassis

Installing a D845 in my 5iveT 2.0, servo is taller that the stock one & bottoms on the chassis plate before fully seated. What did y'all do for spacers?

Most everyone made something up on their own. Bit of plastic or some aluminum should do the trick

Found the solution in the hardware that came with the servo

I cut the plastic mounts off and made some aluminum standoff the right height

Why did you change to this mount? You didn't like the stock one that's part of the radio tray?

There was nothing wrong with the stock servo mount I just wanted something better ??

i made sum 3-4mm spacers to raise my d8 on my 5ive ?

They didn't fit up top anyhow so went for it as a shim worked perfectly

Here's mine mounted to my 5t holding a Hitec 845.These thing's are rock solid and look good with the fins matching the 845's.

problem comes in when you add the brace?? mod diff tower is slightly thinner than stock? so the throttle brace is too short by 1mm + - ?‍ so you have to mod the brace ??

I got the braces in 1st pic for throttle.
