Just trying to save you some time lol. If you want a cheap fix, reassemble the gears in the diff and fill with 2 part epoxy instead of diff fluid? solid as a rock for $3.59 at your local Walmart

That'll work too. I'm trying to save undamaged diff parts, heck, don't think they're damaged, it was a cheap eBay wheel that got stripped. I don't want heavy rotation mass, only running a tiny 27.5cc. But I'll try Titanium pins along with epoxy if pins alone don't work, great idea. ?
