with a few hours of shut eye and after finding the right way for me seemed to go faster this morning (y)
this is one side of the rear ball drive system

what you need to do is get the boots on the drive shaft first like so

take a spring and put it in a cup . add grease to help it stay in the cup while you work(y)

balls(y) stick in with grease as well

what worked form me is slip the boot over the cup then put the cup on the shaft(y) that lithium grease is super sticky (y)

Awsome, I'm still here awake ? tryna figure out my ignition while waiting for replies on the rod. Never stay still, never stop the grind ?
 
opened the front diff housing so could do the alloy diff upgrade(y) took some more pics :cool:

the lower front arms are quite beefy and a look of the tension and idle pulleys

not much grease in it:unsure:

with alloy one you have to put the gears all in together. i used the pin to just hold it get them in half way the remove the pin
slide the gears in the rest of the way put the pin and shims in (y) and drop a :poop: sh!t load of lithium grease in:cool:

put on the orings and drive gears

only have a few more bits like alloy servo saver and front ball drive an shock sock then im done
