Recently, I placed an order through Fearless RC, for a set of mounted tires, and a set of outer beadlock rings. The mounted tire set, as ordered, is clearly labeled to be an official Rovan product. Even the photo shows them to be actual Rovan products.

However, what was received is, most definitely, NOT a Rovan product.

To give a little more information on this situation, I actually called them before placing the order, as I wanted to find out whether, or not, the order would be received before I departed for a family visit trip to California. In that phone call, I told the person I was speaking with exactly what items I would be ordering. I mention this because, after receiving them, and now arriving in California, I discovered that the beadlock rings are not compatible with the wheels.

These beadlock rings won't even seat into the channels, as the beadlock ring won't sit down into the tire. This is because the center section of the wheel sticks out too far. What pisses me off even more is that, when I called, and spoke to somebody there, having told them exactly what I would be ordering, they would have had to have known that those wheels & beadlock rings were not compatible with each other...yet, the person never bothered to say anything. I was in the process of contacting them (via their website "Contact Us" page) when I decided to start digging a little deeper, and that's when I uncovered the knockoff 'ROFUN' problem.
Has anyone else had these types of problems with Fearless RC? And, if so, how was dealing with them, in regards to getting the problem(s) corrected? Put another way, did they work 'with' you to resolve the problem or, did they work 'against' you? More importantly, did they actually resolve the problem(s)? And, if they were the cause of the problem, did they cover your return shipping cost? I completely understand the customer paying the return shipping cost if the return of products is entirely a customer's choice...but, if products are having to be returned because of a problem Fearless RC caused, then I believe Fearless RC should be the ones covering the return shipping cost.
I am hoping to have (before Monday) some input from others who have dealt with them before...especially from anyone who's had problems before worth Fearless RC...so that I might know what to expect from them before I call them. If they are known to be difficult to deal with in trying to resolve problems that they caused, then I will have no choice but to file a claim against them through my bank (which, in all honesty, I would prefer not having to do). But, I would first like to hear from others, so that I can assess my strategy.
