what are the carbon strips for? My FG Baja doesn't have these.

they stiffen the chassis. I had some aluminum ones on an on road chassis.

is the leo chassis built for those stiffeners (are the holes pre-drilled into chassis to mount them?)

pre drilled and the carbon is predrilled with and an insert inserted for the screw to go into

NICE!!! I have to say the new Leo is looking GOOD. I have one on order and was wondering if it comes with the 4 shoe clutch or did you upgrade? Keep the pics coming, looking forward to following the build.

its actually a tamiya one and its probably the best tool tamiya ever invented

the leo comes with a zen clutch with a light blueish colour spring the clutch i have is an oddfied clutch

I'll admit, they are useful. I've a few of Tamiya, HPI and Traxxas - forget which is which !!
