Both the 805 and the 5745 don't firt straight in i fitted 2 x 805 into my own MT and had to shave 1.5mm of each side of the radio tray. A customrer who bought 5745 from me along with a ruck saud he cut the posts off and drilled new holes to get a good fit.
The 805's i fitted have been fine no problems yet and the steeering is much better than the stock single GWS unit.
Sickboy did you go for the 30cc or the 26cc engine?

does the use of 2 servos remove alot of the play in the servo saver or should we look for a upgraded servo saver mabey MCDs???

hellya i think its a ? of puting a ring (washer) in between i think that will do mthe trick what do you think kooltoyz hellya or anybody els

Ya gota change the clutch bell, gearbox shaft, centre diff drive shafts and centre diff crownwheel if you want to use MCD gears.

thanks for the info....so it might be cheaper to get some steel gears made up for the FS like I did with the hammer

Is there a ball park figure $$$ for the parts to change over? you supply a changeover kit?

Hi, I got my FS racing 4x4 buggy 2 weeks ago. I got a new radio system, failsafe, GP290 engine (which created a lot of trouble). Then one of my rear shock started to leak..T.T after 5 minutes of slow running on grass. Any suggestion of better shocks that will have a direct fit? also, when I am doing the after run maintance for the GP290, the texture of the piston appears to be rough. Is that normal? or I just some how fiddlesticked up a brand new engine?

Are you talking about the rough look when you look in the plug hole? If so yes some look rough depending on the piston. If your talking about the sides, No it should not be rough that would be from something rubbing and scratching.
