Youtube went down for an hour or so a couple weeks back. Makes you think, why? No way in hell is a giant company like them shutting down for maintenance for even a minute on purpose. I'd think millions per min they loose.

$100 bucks says China or Russia just hacked their system and took all of our personal info..... It is crazy to think how drastically our lives would change if no more google or youtube!... I just completely redid my suspension on the Honda off youtube vids. Had zero clue how to do anything before watching the vids and never even changed a set of brakes before.

Would never even attempt wrenching via manual. Those things need a rocket science degree to understand. Plus crappy photo's. You must have real patience.... We were discussing the other day that there are fewer and fewer people becoming mechanics these days. I only have 1 friend who went that route. Everyone else either does the youtube thing or leases.

Hell... I plan on doing valve gaskets and adjustments along with head gasket this coming spring. All via youtube lol. What the bet I fook up royally? hahaaa

Ditto, d348 cat engine was one of the first I had to tackle. Thing is a bloody nightmare to work on. Manual sucked. Figured it out. You tube university is helpful tbh, but I take what I see with half a grain of salt. Some of those people shouldn't be showing someone how to tie their shoes let alone how to work on an engine.
