The 1 in. velocity stack works only with a low profile filter. My comment was the new carb., filter, 29cc 2 bolt big bore kit, and velocity stack added more power than the tuned pipe alone did on the stock 26 cc fuelie. Tuned pipes add power but mostly mid range-to top end. My mods added all bottom end power at reduced noise levels which is what I needed most on the 5ive T. If I put the pipe back on I would enjoy an even greater an increase in bottom end to top end power, but the noise would irritate those closest to me, family & neighbors....I had the un-silenced victoryRC pipe and it was fantastic on mid range and top end but like rubber band torque on the bottom end, the heavy 5ive T needs crisp throttle response off the line. The above mods. do just that, at stock noise levels. Can someone explain to me how not having a tuned pipe generates more power when all the tuned pipes state they add horsepower? I'm scratching me head over that comment... Does that velocity stack get in the way of the roll cage without modification?
Ok, that computes.. I run the DDM dominator and a silencer in front of my house.. neighbors are pretty cool about it.. I'll be taking the silencer off for Race season which starts in mid April... counting the days to race in a clase with 7-8 other 5ive-Ts.. gonna be a blast..
A single seat Barbie Jeep. On a side note the Jeep uses a 550 size electric motor...
How the heck is that jeep running of a single 550 motor?????????? Are you using it as an rc strictly?
