I melted my dbxl ?

So ive always just left a rc in the back of the truck so when the opportunity arises I can let er rip. I use my stuff a lot, a real lot so its just easier, and im not washing my rc's every night to bring them in. This has never been a problem as crime is almost non existent where I live, so I never worried about them being stolen. Little did I know theft wouldn't be the problem at all, it would be the sun?. Its been so damn hot for so damn long, my arms literally melted a bit. Not dripping melted, but deformed.?
The wheels no longer track correctly, its got a bad dog leg?? and a worse wobble until you get it ripping. I first noticed it when I saw my entire rearend was twisted down and to the back. I think im gonna replace with alloy. I never crash and run in grass only so I feel comfortable getting them.?‍

I do keep it under a moving blanket so its not direct sunlight. But its been hot, and I preload my rear shocks a good bit. The combination was catastrophic ??

I really don't aside from when I tried to record. Ive run the piss out of this dbxl. All the practice has made me a fairly good driver. Plus my land has atleast 10 acres without a single tree. Nothing to hit?‍

Maybe they will sag back if prop it up on something an stick it back out in the sun!...

Gonna remove them, get the heat gun, two pieces of steel, and 20 C-clamps. Ill let ya know if it works?
Suprisingly my glued front shock end, is still perfectly fine. Thats some badass glue?

A key difference. I already ordered new ones, and am just gonna see if they straighten. If they do, I have more spare parts. I like spare parts, because I use my RC's. So ???

Try shock freezing them. When we were into bmx, we would run nylon wheels, when the bent, get the torch out, heat them up and stuff them in the deep freeze. Normally got them straightened right out.
