I been grinding the used marked hard latly :D I got my almoste never used hpi baja får 250 bucks(but orderd for more in parts now ) :D Price started at 500 ;) Haggling hard right before snow fall isent worst time to get rc i guess ;)

Wow man! I bought my baja new for 480 and dropped 1400 on a motor that still don't run LoL maybeI should start buying used.
 
Yeah guys i did it!:P Its mine i guess. Now i need to find good transport solution and get it here. Cuse am not sending that thing trough mail :P(and 8 houer drive zZzZ) Damn its going to look so good beside my baja !:D

So ill live on noodle and air for a while :D:D <3

You keeping your Baja and the new losi!? I'm Soo jealous because I only got one ?? hopefully I want to get a losi 5t/5b,fg monster truck, or another baja next year. ?

i shoulda woulda coulda sold the baja Buuut i love it to much now :D And i got a bargen of a life time on it :D 250 dollars for a almoste never touched baja. But trust me i spend weeks searching used marked for a rc that are close to never used/good condition's. Cuse my adhd cant handle the 1 month w8 time from states or china:alien:

It almoste got to the point where i tought hmmm if i sell my car and by a cheaper one i get one hell of a 5ive-b hmmmmm !:D But am glad i could stop my self :p

It has a dynamite engine. Probely the orginal from the 1.0 how is it? i don't mean power wise but dirability compared to zenoah or fuelie?

My second worrie is that losi has no stores in my country. So i guess i have to pay tons of import taxes and shipping. hmm ;)
Am rly conflicted. And main reason i guess is the 5ive t 2.0 that soon able to order. Is it more worth w8ting for the 2.0 even tho the other one have tons of upgrades?

Anyone have any thoughts that can put my mind at ease ?:D Long live 1:5!

My brother, let that deal go. It makes NO sense. To upkeep the fifth-scale hobby can be VERY EXPENSIVE!! You say you'll have to import parts etc., into your country? That makes it worse. I now live in the USA for the very reason. Back in my South American country I imported a 1/10 scale electric with no motor and had to pay an arm and a leg to clear it. And then what? It was so difficult to get parts my rc car became a static display model on a shelf.
My best advice is to resist the urge to get that Losi 5t. You'll end up broke, if you don't have a lot of money, and soon after you arrive back in your country with it, you'll have SOME fun until it needs new tires, new clutches, no small parts etc. RESIST. DO NOT GET INTO THE FIFTH-SCALE HOBBY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY!

Hei ;) I rly appreciate your valuable tought! And you right, atleast moste part. I got cold shoulder on the deal anyway. I aborted it this morning.
I asked him to put in the engine and let it go on idle on video. And he dident have time. Soo i dropped it. Its kinda good deal. But yeah not to smart getting a losi here in norway. Not many losi retails here in eu general.

So i did the only reasonable thing to do. I orderd Tons of upgrades for my baja! :D Am going all the way with baja first.

Its to late for me i already invested knee deep into 5th scale and i don't regret it . Its been soo many years since i had this passion for a hobby! And i feel its worth it in many ways . And i hope to maintain this for many many years to come. Can i afford it kinda no. But i make it work.
Am even looking for an apartment that is perfect for rc building and bashing. Semi meditating/Dreaming of opening a rc store here :)
