Good afternoon

I have a Kyosho ARC buggy with the robin 22cc engine, what i am looking for is an instruction manual for the car and a diagram with part numbers... Parts are very hard to find there is a few bits on ebay, but i early FG marders had the robin engine but i dint know if the parts are the same from that era, My marder is a later 2008 model and the baja is 2010
thankyou

Whaaaaat. You are gonna run a super rare sought after vintage 5th scale that plenty of collectors are looking for. Don't do it man its not worth it. Sell it if you want to run something. That buggy is a shelf queen.

Jkjk Also hold on I have a manual somewhere.

*edit*
Ok im having issues finding it. Ill see if its in my storage this weekend. However there is a new guy on this forum who posted that he had one last year. He might be willing to upload scans if he has the manual if you ask him. https://www.largescaleforums.com/threads/value-interest-kyosho-arc-buggy.24757/

Thankyou Jkjk, I can’t believe they don’t have much info or manuals on line regarding the petrol models it’s like Kyosho is erasing history.

I took a go at looking and I looked on kyoshos website and get a load of this crap. They will not respond back to unless this "criteria" is met! What a load of poop. So unless you buy it in Japan, drive it in Japan or you live in Japan go scratch yer ass !

  • Enquiry relates to Product(s) sold in Japan market.
  • Enquiry relates to purchasing, assembling and/or operating within Japan.
  • Enquiry is made geographically within Japan.

I have sent numerous emails to Kyosho and Kyosho Europe and never had a reply back... many years ago Ripmax was the distributor for Kyosho I don’t know if they still are I remember it use to be a nightmare trying to get parts for current cars back then .

Its funny that kyosho has been around forever and is still strong but the support is not so great. Ive never owned a kyosho and probably never will as the company and cars as whole gives me a bad vibe. I built a kyosho inferno mp-10 and the instructions made you jump around alot with parts and hardware. The final built buggy just looked over engineered and to break it back down to fix seemed like a nightmare

At least the one I raced was very durable for a stock class, and had the advantage of having an os in it from factory. But that was 80s tech being raced in the 90s. Parts were rare as Henson teeth back then, hence the second truck to rob parts off of.

What's up Karl, I think Doug was referring to my 1/7 scale nitro Kyosho Scorpions. They are 2wd and a lot of fun. I have 3 of them and haven't really seen them anywhere else. Man, I hope you can still fire up the arc!

I have quite a few spares not really for sale but if your desperate for something I have and i don't want that much or have 2 of I may sell:)
