You can get a balance board at any hobby shop for cheap. You can also find them on amazon for like $8.
It's not essential to balance charge every time. You can probably get away with charging without a balance board for quite a while without any issues.

I looked at every hobby shop google gave me in canada n usa, amazon n Ebay n the one I need is sold out everywere n back orderd till February ???

Ok, that's why you need the small balance board. They can be a pain to find, check ebay (if you haven't already)

I would go with the 4000mah if it fits.

I have the same charger. I haven't had any problems with it.
