Got it used from Dan. Sounded good, loud. Much louder than DDM Dominator. Will run it this Sunday. Going to convert one of my buggies to SC truck. Conversion kit, body, and tires are on the way. Probably will get Terminator/T1000 body later. ?

???. I'm an old guy, y'all would be lost following me. ?. I'll use YouTube for instruction. ?

Bad day at the track today. Repaired control arm didn't hold. Will try different glue and metal insert. ?
The worst part is the new Baja motor locked up. ?. Either rod bearing or wrist bearing let go, smashed the spark plug.

Why not just buy a new control arm? A little extra $ now may save u a lot $$$$$ later on
 
I will get some, no US stock atm. Going to order some from China.
It made it for a few seconds. :-)

Oh dude that happened to me ?? I think the problem is that it needs a extra head gasket. Don't junk the motor, try adding 2 new head gaskets (not on top of the old gaske, remove old first then add 2 new) and see what happens. Hopefully it's not junk ?

I'm about to take it apart to see what's going on. Motor is locked atm.
And I'm not too crazy about doubling gaskets. One thick one is the right way of doing it.

That too, are you gonna talk to Dan about this? It seams to me as tho u have really bad luck with China engines lol that sucks

was a good effort but i could told you that from the start as far as the glue goes
motor locking is just the pits:confused: that super bad luck!!
 
Emailed him. I was doing break-in cycles when it locked up, since I didn't get 100% confirmation on break-in from him.

Yup, the blue 36cc. Bought it used. I'm taking it apart atm. Seems like it's been apart before, missing stuff. I can rotate the motor about 1/4 turn back and forth. Piston face is pitted bad.
