yeah...I thought why not..it seems a good place to be so thought I would put the name up there..only took the wife about 20mins to cut them all out for me ...lol

the one on the roof was a bit of a bugger to put on but worth it..lol

how did you make them - is it just decal paper for the printer?

nope it is cut from sign writers vinyl so should be very durable..she has 4 colours but I just stuck with black..

she has just bought a cutting machine..I'm well impressed with it..

lol..I was thinking about taping it to the car and having a drivers view..lol.
great fun but it was cut short by the drive square.

I will grab a few pics soon as I can get a photographer with me...

not sure if you have seen those keyring camera's, they are quite cheap on ebay and ive a mate with a couple, the picture quality out of them is quite impressive, just gotta find a way to try and insulate it so the vid isnt too bumpy if that makes sense.

jackobyte had one on his baja and they where quite good, me and dwarfy where thinkin bout gettin um but i don't know if he did ;)

Bloody thing is broken again...this time its the spur gear carrier..grub screws are fooked.....they have stripped the threads out so I will machine up a carrier of some sort tomorrow hopefully. it will be a wez special..lol

I thought about drilling it out and making it the next thread up but there is not enough metal on it to go up to an m6 grub screw. I don't think I will get away with drilling another 2 grubs screws into it either.
I will pull it out in the morning and hack it up or make a completely new one.

Also got to sort out some form of rear brake...

Grub screws are a nightmare :( Sounds feasible tho re-drilling & tapping M5 midway round the carrier.

I got my tuning brake today :w00t:

I have even thought about drilling through the layshaft and fitting a drive pin in there aswell. at least the plastic one has the 2 flats to drive on...

how reliable are the plastic carriers?? do they round off easy?

1st of mine is plastic carrier & plastic gear and had no problems at all.

I will see how I get on tomorrow..if I have a big enough lump of alloy I will have a go at a wez special..
if not I will order a plastic one..

Does anybody have a list of FG tuning parts..i.e part numbers?

All I can find is the standard part numbers on my instructions..no tuning parts..
