nice build there.looks real good.one favour.i have a ht2 i am rebuilding and curious to know what weight your car will be with all the titanium and with it being a ht3 not a ht2.

gresty has scrapped the brushless idea at the mo as he has put the 2 stroke back in and the car up for sale!

Got most of the electrics done today..

Pain of a job. All the little stuff to get done now.
This will probably take longer than the actual build.

what tuned pipe are you thinking of getting?
when i put a tuned motor in the hormann it went better,but when i changed the pipe it really woke the engine .

Hi Mate..

Was seeing how this pipe went first and the have a look around for pipes..
I like the Fat power and the Victory pipes, but as far as I know they don't fit the HT3.

What pipe are you using and what is a popular pipe for them?
Quite hard for me in Australia to find info.

he exhaust wat u using now it holding the exhaust back in rpm.
if u want more power u can buy a samba gp exhoust.

a oder tip heating ur body mount on the rear a little and belt them 5mm down.
now they will crack the body.

Thank you for the tip about the exhaust. I will definitely be looking into it.

don't quite mean what you mean by the above mate..

Well
video camera charged......check
All nuts and bolts done up...check
Loctite used in crucial area...check
Servos setup and linkages moving freely....Check.

Took it down the road for a few easy passes to check some settings.
Started off away from me with wheels spinning.
Got 50 mtrs away and went to turn around, but car not going anywhere.

Thought to myself, what the hell is going on!
Walked up to the car and found a major build flaw..

Tyres Glued to Rims....UNCHECK!

Apparently the tyres will not stay on the rims unless glued...hahaha
I forgot to glue the tyres to the rims and they dismounted quick smart.

Well I have to wait for some more glue and will give it another go later.

+1 on the samba I have one on mine much better than the standard one.

a oder tip: buy yourself 2 fg 68325/1 and make two rings like this.
it will save a lot of servos

and clean the servo saver sometimes, by a new one it needs two set the richt size.

one thing u did some wrong with ur bulb of the hormann ht3.
the first gear{clutch bell side} needs to move some two the clutch bell,then u need to turn the second gear to look like this

Thanks for your help mate..

But as you can see if I turn the spur gear around the other way I have no room to move the pinion gear.
I cannot turn the pinion around because the clutch bell shaft is not long enough.
