Super sad. Still to this day I cant find words to express how in shock I was. Remember it vividly. I was sitting on my couch on my day off and watching TV eating Fruit Loops. Like everyone, thought the first plane was a horrific accident, then the second hit. Then we heard of the Pentagon and the other plane that went down in the field. Thoughts and prayers still go out to the family of the lost and the responders who are still to this day, 19 years later still dealing with the physical and mental anguish of this sad day in our history.

Yup remember like yesterday. At work at the Treasury Blding, luckily only 10min from my house so traffic wasn't a issue. Such a sad day in US history. Surprised its not a national holiday?
Too many commie scum bags in power for that, couldn't even have a moment of reflection at work this morning. One if the kids said who cares and half the other guys agreed with him.

I remember ,I was sitting on my couch watching the live coverage of it unfold on national TV ,in fact ,I think that I litterely watched the
second plane crash on TV as every one was in surrounding buildings taking video of it ,the flames & clouds of debri smoke filled
the streets....No way can anyone forget that horrific seen that saw it!....

"Who cares?" I would slap the fuk out of someone who said that. I remember seeing all the people jumping out of windows in the towers because all the stairs were on fire. Jumping to their death rather than be burned alive. From 50+ floors up?

How old are all you guys?Just wondering.

I was driving to work on Rt 21 in Newark NJ and I didn't even notice what was going on until the entire highway just stopped and people started jumping out of their cars to watch.I pulled over and could see the first tower burning and the second plane flying into it.I was in shock literally watching it happen live and not being able to come to terms with it really happening.I used to drive up that highway everyday admiring the skyline and to this day it just doesn't seem like the same city without them being there.I come from a military family and whoever chooses to not recognize what happened that day or to downplay what happened can go fek themselves and burn in hell.I laugh at everyone who always cry about how the government in this country is horrible and how the country doesn't do enough for it's citizens.I say go back home if it is so bad here and see what your home countries do for you.
