Orange Crush RedArrow build

So I was on the hunt for a bigbore baja build and John Temelko from detroitperformancerc.com happened to just get his RedArrow baja back from the mastermind himself. Of course I couldn't help myself as it's just a beautiful build. Has a bit of old school feel with new school stuff.

It will mainly stay like it is with the exception of swapping a few alloy bits out. It's mostly complete but needs servos and a few small odds and ends which I should have by the weekend. I'm putting in my bartolone 40cc with a Taylor polished titanium pipe in it.

Will have more pics as parts arrive and I'm tearing it down.

not the intention ryan ,
the build is super nice, i just can't help but notice little things on builds, its my OCD ,
just looks like the spring got hung up and will bounce back to shape when the shocks are given a push

Yes it is, however these shocks are coming off and being replaced with irc ones.

Got a bit more done, almost completed except for the IRC Shocks which will be here Monday. Bartolone 40 and Taylor titanium pipe are in. Installed servos, throttle linkage, team chase shock uprights, Taylor rc wheel extenders also. Need to drill the rear hardened flm cups in order to fit the big pins on the taylor hubs.

Converted the cage completely to quick connect so it attaches and comes off by pins now. Also installed the bebop wheelie bar, and kraken light bar.

Little more tinkering today, made a bash bar which will be powder coated orange. Has 3 mounting points so it's pretty solid. Also had the flm rear axle cups drilled out with a carbide bit to take the larger pin of the taylor extended hubs.

It's getting their, dropped off the bash bar for powder this morning. Shocks will be here also today. Should have those done in a few days

Shock therapy is in order, bash bar is back from powdercoating and installed. Last pieces to the puzzle basically. I really need to get my tig setup going and start pumping out bash bars
