Pipe Break In Dilemma

Howdy,

I've got myself a dilemma. I have a 5ive and a bartolone pipe here ready to break in. However I hear conflicting info on break in ( I know, a hot topic ).

Would y'all suggest I break in the engine with the stock can so that the tune is correct and ready to go, or break it in on the pipe (if so, how much richer from the stock settings would you go?)

Let it warm up and send it.

Put the pipe on. Start the engine, let it idle for couple of mins, couple of slow runs without going full throttle, then send it.

IMO run it with the aftermarket pipe and break it in whatever method you think makes sense.

If you still indecisive, break it in without exhaust, that way nor the can or the tuned one will affect it.

Lol, y'all are hilarious! I just slapped the pipe on and richened it up a slight bit. Time to run it.
