Anyone tried running DRY ICE lmao simple but extremely effective ?

How would it work? Can't run it like nitrous as the co2 would choke the engine. I can see it being used like an ice box on a boosted application

Charge temps yes but give it a go u might be totally shocked with what happens.
All u need is a stainless steel mesh cage to hold the ice.. roughly place it 6 inch or so in front of the intake .. and off u go. one word of advise ... Screw the high speed out half a turn and slightly on the low.. make sure the engine nice and warmed .

You need oxygen for combustion not carbon dioxide. It actually hurts performance. Dodge tried it with their hellcats and it robbed power. This why they now use the ac system to cool intake air.

We used to use it for liquid cooled intercoolers and supercharger coolers.

I used to use It on a street drag with the added 75 shot and went like flies to the first sh#t off the day...
