Hi folks,

I think i'm doing something wrong when installing my RCR brake. Didn't seems to fit the right way. I have 1 disk that always drop the hex thing where they are sitting. Did I install it wrong or am I missing a part between the TR brake brace and my gear plate ? If you guys have pics of yours would be great. I suspect the part you are missing is the metal plate on the far left. This is the backing plate for the stock brake pads, you just need to cut the pad material off and slap it in front of the left most RCR pad. If you don't have this, you can always fabricate something with a thin piece of pretty much any kind of metal. It just acts as a shim with the RCR kit.

Am I looking at this upside down? The piece he needs is on the right by the brake cam ??‍♂️???

Yep, you're looking at it wrong. Looks at the pics, he has the brake pad that connects to the brake cam installed. He's just missing the other end pad/shim that holds the discs on the hex and in the brake assembly.
