Will put the carb on tonight & get the layshaft tuning brake fitted then that leaves the front cables to sort out & killer bee to fit during the week. Maybe a trip to Deeside will be in order next weekend depending on what the missus has planned for us!

did you do a clutch spring change when you rebuilt? that might have soemthing to do with the boggyness of it. if not most likley the tune. back to stock and adjust from there is the go.

Sorted that mate - it was a bit lean on the H needle. Overall it needed about a quarter turn to hit the spot. Got it running schweeeet now :w00t:

Went out with Ben today for the 1st run after all the mods & it ran well after a quick tune of the new carb. Nothing fell off & no damage apart from a crack in the wing and the roll cage is a bit bent from my bad driving over the jumps :scared: Diff works a lot better now its got some grease in it!!

It good stuff to be able to withstand the torque. Are you going for the flat spot on the shaft?
