There is just a whisker of a gap where both the 90* angles of the top plate and center brace meet. I tried to get the angle right with my phone to show it, but was kind of a bugger to get right. But no gap between the rear of the top brace and front of the center brace.

The kraken is running. Not too happy with carb performance tho. Very touchy and not super responsive like the 5t with the 1107

Thanks spents. It does spectacular somersault's ....came out of the lot across the street in a nose wheelie half way across the road. It is an impressive rig watching the suspension work tho

Wt 990.. sean put the spiral diaphragm in for me on the way back over. The engine has perfect compression its just that the engine is laggy in the low end and into the high transition. The 5t is way more responsive with the throttle pinned from stand still this carb you have to blip and feather to get it to transition into the powerband and even then its just laggy and lazy

Its been out. My 1107 carb arrived today so ill give it a go tomorrow and im expecting good things out of it now.... @spents just need to find a spot for the kill switch led now

fingers crossed for the 1107 an all , what i mean is i hope ya don't have any more carb/flooding issues

Drilled the box already for the antenna. Had an old mugen road car with a funny antenna holder gizmo and used that... need to figure out what I can use to hold the led in place as I broke the holder it came with as I used a bit of super glue to hold it on the stock kraken box.

Screw the led i don't run them .....all you need is the buzzer

I like your steering servo mounts too @Haric didn't realize the servo was laying on the chassis. Yours brings it up and off the chassis... excellent!
