Project Ghost started out as a brand new 5ive T 2.0. Ran it stock for a few months and than this forum started a whole new level of addiction for me. Ended up adding a Bartalone pipe few months later. Ran it crashed it fixed it repeat. Figured out I wanted more out of this truck. So I started acquiring parts. At first just replacement stuff. 3 sets arms shock parts, wheels, tires, driveline stuff diff stuff. Backups to backups. Then the mods started when I contacted John over at Detroit. Anyways, most of you are familiar with all this stuff just wanted to share my build process and it’s always changing. Still hoping maybe next year to maybe see about another Taylor motor for next year we’ll see. So Stock wheels and tires. Gonna pick up a set of belted from Uber rc.

Just got another package for winter upgrades I’ll post pics of that and placed an order for the new v4.5 MOD 32mm shocks! So stoked for this I’ve been hoping and waiting for an update. Just ordered so hopefully have pictures of that soon. Kinda gonna do a rebuild and some other things I’d like to do. Cheers

run it clear body. Just paint it with some clear smoke. Would look great with that big bore under it.

That was exactly my plan until I failed miserably. Painted it weekend before Thanksgiving lhs didn’t have smoke so went white instead. Ended up like half graffiti have paint brush flung disaster Lol. It’s bad. Tried to do like a black and orange speckled slight white back round to to color match some other things. Not happy with it but it is what it is now.

Thought about it but body is pretty well trashed after it’s first real maiden voyage Thanksgiving Day. Got a good video of it haha. Split open in 3 places on top of cab and fender. Really nasty roller over ran great tho. Prob gonna do like some other guys get some panels and be done.

1 day literally had peeled overspray film off it mounted to cage then hours later carnage. Prob karma for doing a crap paint job

Not sure on that. I wouldn’t mind chopping body off a bit to have some decent look back. Wonder if I could strip pain of and start over haha.

Just got a package today . Will get them all put together and work on swapping stuff on my vacation in 2 weeks.
