Rovan Baja won't hold a tune

When I go racing with my Baja, a the engine heats up I have to change the tune, and I can't tune it mid race. After I finish racing the 4wd class races and my engine cools back down to room temperature, meaning I have to constantly adjust the low speed needle. Is there a way to make it hold a tune?

We would need a video to really help you, but check for air leaks, clean your carb, reset your tune, check for damage to your cylinder, change your spark plug

Well it might be hard for me to upload a video because I live near a lot of people and can't start the baja without getting noise complaints. But, my engine starts up and runs fin for about 15 minutes and then goes super rich to the point where if you stop giving it throttle the engine will cut out.

Rovan come with real walbro carbs , unless you have a really old one maybe or if you changed it

Pretty sure that's false. Mine definitely didnt , piece of poop couldn't hold a tune for fiddlesticking jack.

That's just one. Not all their crappy motors have it ,they have their own clone 668s, 990s, 813s and whatnot. The 1191 is real but the rest are fake trash.

Well my engine is a 29cc but if i look at the instruction manual for the engine it says it has a "Rovan walbro 688" carb.

Could they be lying? , idk I feel like they would have advertised it if it was real like all other engines

If the rig is a clone to begin with then what would lead anyone to believe they would put a genuine carb on that engine
