Did a amazing job on the body👍🏾 Can’t wait to see it mounted
Thanks man, im blown away by it. Im glad I found a pro to do it, I have a spare body I can try my harbor freight airbrush kit on now without fear haha. I appreciate everyone who is following the build. I think Wheels and tires are next, if so I'm leaning towards proline badlands mx43, or mad max giant grips.
Things on my list (off the top of my head)

In no specific order:

1. Motor
2. Carb
3. Go through diffs, add/change oil weights
4. Go through shocks, change springs. Possibly shocks too if I can source some quality losi 5 or tlr
5. Wheels/tires
6. TX/RX ( i have these already)
7. Servos im thinking d840 throttle/brake d845 steering
8. Loctite inspection

I highly rate the signature 30 degrees north tyres, they are a mini pin and work well on grass and dirt. If your running on medium to long grass or deep mud the the Giant Grips will work, if short grass you may find you have too much grip and start traction rolling.

Are those the tires that it comes with. Thats a good point about the giant grips I had them on my dbxl and in the summer with rock hard dry turf it would sometimes catch the outside knob and traction roll and rather violently too. I had to set my camber way out in the rear like -5 and baby the turns until they wore down some.

Yeah the stock tyres, if you look at them properly you'll see thread spells 30DN, the only place I've found then struggle is wet medium length grass.
But might be worth buying a set of giant grips for wet days etc

So here it is mounted on the cars. These wheels look horrid imo, but they do seem to be of quality.

I posted up a picture with an arrma typhon 6s next to it so you can have a reference of the size. One person said they thought it was a typhon lol so I had to show him the difference in a sided by side.

You can remove the beadlock disc and put normal beadlock rings on. The discs work very well at stopping the wheels filling up with mud and grass.

Looking good.
Yea im likely going to put new tires on. I have a box of wheels and tires to use, thinking black with blue or race yellow bead lock....we'll see

Getting back around to it. Put on Madmax giant grips on the stock wheels. The stock wheels come with a metal Reinforced center hex hub which was nice they feel very solid but not heavy. I'll get some petter pics of it for you guys tomorrow. The bead locks are losi 5ive stock beadlocks. I duct taped the foams, will report how they hold up.

as for the motor...im really interested in that Taylor 35cc... has anyone seen a 4wd run with it, the hybrids really move with it?

I really love it! It does very very well on a track, not so much an open field basher like I'm used to but I'm pretty happy with how it performs out of the box. Next I'm going to get a center diff fitted to her and start tackling the compression/rebound on suspension.
Here's a short video of the track and the cars I run with...
